A Dream Come True This was our first trip to St. John and the Virgin Islands. From Christine's delicious Welcome dinner on our first night to the last, we were treated like royalty. The views of the National Park were none that we have seen before. Doing yoga every morning overlooking the sea and mountains was incredible. 5 star plus more WOW What an amazing compound! My wife and I had been to St. John's many times before and thought it would be a good idea to celebrate my 60th birthday by sharing this special island with our four children and significant others and my grandson. Cin Cin exceeded our expectations, the location of the home in the gated community of Ditleff Point allows for 360 degree water views, with stunning sunsets and sundowns and all day sun in pool area. The layout of the home, design, furnishings are A++- this home should be featured in Architectural Design Magazine. Additionally, having a private beach steps away where we had paddle boards and kayaks and great snorkeling put this place over the top. We had a private chef prepare a couple of dinners which allowed us to enjoy the evenings under the stars- the home also has an amazing observation deck where we would sit after dinner to take in the Milky Way. Phenomenal property!!! This was the best property I’ve ever rented! The owner and manager were great to work with and very detailed with the rental process. The house is perfect for a large group as it has five true master suites. It also had every amenity necessary. Pictures don’t do the views justice…..they were even better in person! Cin Cin is the only real luxury villa on St. John. Many villas will say they are luxury, but I promise you that NOTHING compares to Cin Cin. We read about Town and Country Magazine rating, and we decided to stay on land at this spectacular villa for our second week in St. John after a week on our chartered yacht. We have stayed at the Ritz in St. Thomas and homes on Peter Bay over the years but this house blows them all away in terms of luxury, comfort, views, quietness, and sandy beach. This beach has a reef just yards away from the beach. There was not one day where we did not have the beach all to ourselves and saw multiple turtles, spotted eagle rays, and tons of fish. We barely went to the north shore. If you want the best, most exclusive villa close to the restaurants, with the most luxury, Villa Cin Cin is it. The staff gave us privacy and were extremely hospitable. The owners were so attentive from the first moment I called to inquire to the end of our stay. Anniversary Bash What an amazing home and experience! We came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our daughter and friends. We even renewed our vows on the upper observation deck with a beautiful sunset backdrop. We have stayed at several villas in St. John over the last few years but this house takes the cake! It was truly amazing inside and out with top of the line everything from furnishings to the game room and outdoor toys. Christine was a pleasure to work with and Erin was on top of everything during our stay to make sure our experience was one of the best. 10/10 would recommend and we can't wait to come back again! The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. Castle in Paradise An architectural dream perched on a mountaintop with views from every room of the spectacular sunset and sunrise. The week we visited, July 13-20, 2019, the water was pretty swift down at the beach even for experienced paddle board and kayak riders. The Lime Out (floating Taco Bar) is a must . Best tacos and frozen drinks ever. The outside bar and lookout tower were favorites and the infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean and cliffs, superb! Beautiful, gorgeous house. The views are incredible. The property manager is unbelievably detailed, sweet, big-hearted, and there for every little issue and does it with a big smile, such lovely people, from managers to owners. There is only one problem with this villa….it’s so perfect, it’s hard to manufacture reasons to leave. We spent 7 days at CIn CIn and the most frequent trip away was to go to the grocery store so we could eat at the house. We found good beaching, snorkeling, yacht watching, villa watching from CinCin.
